• Digital Tickets: Your digital ticket(s) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your ticket, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us before the event with your order number. 
• Ticket Availability & Pricing: Tickets are subject to availability. Prices may change as the event date approaches, and certain ticket categories may sell out. 
• Food Included: Food is included in the ticket price for all attendees. 
• Strict No-Refund Policy: All ticket and coupon purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, rain, personal emergencies, inability to attend, changes in personal plans, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Weather Conditions & Event Changes: This is an outdoor event and may be affected by weather conditions. The organizers reserve the right to adjust the event schedule, activities, or arrangements due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond their control. Such changes will not automatically qualify for a refund.
• Event Postponement: If the event must be postponed due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
• Ticket Entry: All guests must present a valid digital or printed ticket at the entrance. Each ticket is valid for one admission only.
• Alcohol Policy: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol at the event. Valid photo identification may be required for age verification.
• Safety Note: Fireworks and sparklers will be managed exclusively by the organizers. Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing their own fireworks, sparklers, or other hazardous items.
• Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
• Children: Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event.
• Parking: Free parking is available. However, parking spaces are limited, and carpooling is highly recommended.
• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, except where required by law.
• Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals whose conduct poses a safety risk or disrupts the event, subject to applicable law.
